- If you arrive late, you are not guaranteed access to the monument.
- Children must be included in the reservation.
- Audioguide not available for children under 11 years old.
- The time of ticket issuance may vary up to 30 minutes from the time selected during the reservation process.
- The Sagrada Familia does not allow individual ticket reservations for more than 6 people, as in these cases it would be considered a group visit. If you make a group purchase with this type of ticket you will be denied access.
- During periods of high demand, the reservation is subject to availability. The amount will be temporarily held until confirmation. We will contact you within a maximum of 72 hours (sooner if the date is close).
